I was raised in a strong Irish community where families would travel together and spend summers at Hayden Lake in the northern Idaho panhandle. Our winters were also spent with the same group on one of the six Ski Mountains within an hour of Spokane. Needless to say, my exposure to the outdoors began at an early age and has molded the type of travel agent I am today. I have a passion for nature. I love mountains and lakes. One of the first times I ever visited a metropolitan city was when I was in high school and won a trip to San Francisco. I was amazed at the beauty of the city and little did I know I would end up calling it home for 25 years. I became a travel agent simply with the hopes of being able to travel. It’s a thrill to help design itineraries for people who like to experience other cultures and open their eyes to the ways other people live. I love talking to my clients and making their wishes come alive. Some of my traveling highlights include having dinner on the outside deck of a river cruise while sailing through the Wachau Valley, walking across the Chain Bridge with my son in Budapest, driving from Mopti to Timbuktu and meeting members of the Tuareg tribe riding a camel on their way to the marketplace. Once, while zip-lining in the jungle of Tabasco, I was chased by a howling monkey – its experiences like that you’ll never forget. I am a mother, a wife and a daughter that enjoys her life and feels blessed every day. My son is my best travel partner. He loves to learn, see, touch, feel and experience every place we visit. I look forward to crafting your next trip.
